Summary

nostr:event identifies a specific Nostr event by its event id.

subject MUST be of type sha256_hex and identifies the Nostr event being judged.
amount MUST be non-zero. Positive amounts represent endorsement; negative amounts represent opposition.

Judgement of a specific Nostr event rather than its author as a whole.

This allows individual notes, replies, reposts, and other events to receive specific feedback.
